This was a statement made by someone.

 

I personally feel that it is more likely to be 0.7 sec than 7 sec.

 

I timed myself while going to the toilet just now...took less than 7 sec to finish peeing.

I did a simple calculation based on travelling on a 70km/h road and braking when a traffic light turns red.

 

7 secs will result in travelling about 130metres before starting to brake. By then i think its too late to stop before the red light.

Voted 1st option. Even 2 seconds is really long when you're driving. Try counting "one-one thousand, two-one thousand" the next time you're behind the wheel...

 

I think 7 seconds might include those drunk drivers, drivers talking on handphone, drivers eating hor fun while driving, drivers getting a bj, etc.
