I pity the threadstarter... i kana a similar case, crossing a double white line at 11pm (only a few cars) beside the BEDOK MRT station to make a U-turn. I was slapped 130dollars with 4 demerit points. sometimes suay means suay... 11pm leh!!! the next U turn is at tanah merah! its not dangerous cos no cars at that time... but i guess the law doesnt allow me to justify my own actions =) lan lan

 

this is not luck, this is you ask for it... really. there hotspot for those crossing the dbl white line...

 

u shld turn in after the kfc into carpark den come out by the other side, the road just before the swimming pool.

enter the cashcard carpark at the interchange and come out the other side. got grace period.
