Vios projector lamps...Help

Hi

My friend's vios was fitted with those projector lamps.....one of the the lED light(small light) is either blown or fused....went to autobacs...but they said it is not as simple to just change the bulb...any guys has experience on this?? pls help!!!

only 1 audio repair shop there. next to laundry shop. further up is DIY corner. it's a 1 way street so you can't missed it. btw, the oyster omellette at the road corner is famous. can go there try.
