nothing serious lah ... posted this in the "things falling apart" thread

 

some plastic piece below my front headlamp broke, dragged along on the expressway until it finally snapped & flew off. Went home and looked at under carriage. even the bottom engine cover also dropping off ... so called jaffar and check .

 

small piece is cheap , less than $20, the bottom bigger piece cover costs $124 !!! but no choice have to replace, cos I can already hear some noise intrusion over the front headlamp side liao ....

Why don't you try Xin Zhong. Believe their cost is rather reasonable. Rememeber buying a small piece of plastic at S$5 & S$7 for my gear shift at XZ instead of S$40+ dollars each there.

Just brought a second hand 2007 skoda superb from my friend And realise that the coolant spare tank caps seem like the metal below the caps rusty and cause the whole coolant plastic tanks below have some rusty particle, anybody encounter this and what do u do ? Thanks
