Hi all bros out there,[wave] anyone know how to program our superb to auto lock after drive off? some make need to step brake to lock(eg. Suzuki), some at certain speed will auto lock (eg. Nissan), how about our Superb? I read somewhere here else in the forum(lounge), that it is able to be done?

Any advise?

Thank in advance [thumbsup][sunny]

You can also ask them to program

Press once - unlock the driver's door only

Press second time - unlock rest of doors and boot

You can also ask them to change the lit/100km to km/lit

Should be able to. The control system seems similar (at least on the way things are currently working).

contemplating doing this auto-lock feature too during the 5k service.

as mentioned, since u need access to vagcom, servo & cag shud be able to do it. I doubt CA would do it for me when I sent it in for the 5k 'service' (if u call what they do at 5k 'car-servicing').

If they don't even want to change my meter reading fm l/100km to km/l, i don't think CA would agree to program this for me. My plan is just to satisfy the warranty requirements. show up @ 5k, let CA 'service' & then go either servo or cag to do oil-change & program the locks.

Okie,

Here are the codes for the change that you mentioned. These codes are suitable for both Superbs and Octys. You just need to get hold of a VagCom.
