no way to remove becos the perspex is moulded into place.

You can try using a rough polish or some say colgate (whitening?). Have tried using both b4. The results are mixed as I was able to remove some but not all the scratches. I used carglo polish as a rough cut and then hi glaze 88. Deep scratches are tough.

I remember seeing this product meant for polishing plastic headlamp covers to remove scratches. From 3M if I didn't remember wrongly. You might want to check it out.
