Cheap subwoofer in Sim Lim Tower

Hi, ICE newbie here, just saw quite a lot cheap sub woofer were sold in Sim Lim Tower, 10" JBL, pioneer are only sold less than $100, extra $30-50 for the box, just wondering the SQ of these cheap sub woofer, any comments? Thanks

u might just find that every single one of the model has the same serial number!

 

that means for e.g. xyz brand, 1000 pieces for sale, all 1000 pieces the serial number is the same.

 

what does this tell u?

 

other than that, unless u open up the coil etc, no way of telling if its legit

good for beginner, just use, blast till spoilt then changed. i bought one set from there two years back, till now still good
