Holee 1st Gear April 3, 2007 Share April 3, 2007 Same sentiments. My feeling is that COE won't go up. Hope I get my COE this round. ↡ Advertisement
Lawman123 Neutral Newbie April 3, 2007 Share April 3, 2007 $7500 is pretty low .. usually it is pegged at ard 10k. May i ask what car is that?
Jaskin 2nd Gear April 3, 2007 Share April 3, 2007 I asked my SE at Borneo Motors whether I can top up the COE anot. They said cannot. WTF.
Ender Hypersonic April 3, 2007 Share April 3, 2007 (edited) The way the bidding is moving slowly, not able to top could be a blessing... But then, tomorrow will be anybody's guess. As of this timing, total bid for Cat A is only 600.. A far cry from previous rounds. Edited April 3, 2007 by Ender

Ender Hypersonic April 3, 2007 Share April 3, 2007 Once the quota is about to be met, you won't be seeing anymore $1.. The COE price will rise drastically from then ownwards..

Vit4wd 1st Gear April 3, 2007 Share April 3, 2007 (edited) Problem for me is my SE asked to top up to bid higher in the morning, which I agreed. But now in the evening, this round bidding is so much slower than the last 2 round. Feeling is the COE might not be that high. I might want to asked SE to cancel the contract to top up. Please call your SE immediately to inform him that you DO NOT want to top up. Trust me. 10 out of 10 itmes, you will get your car even if you do not top up. The dealership has to answer to the manufacturer & they have sales targets to hit Edited April 3, 2007 by Vit4wd

Triton Neutral Newbie April 3, 2007 Share April 3, 2007 Mine is the 1.6 Altis but i do know of someone who'd booked a 1.8 at the same time and is still waiting. Like me, BM didn't put in any bid last two rounds for him. So your friend is my friend ?!?! [laugh]

Kaka23 3rd Gear April 3, 2007 Share April 3, 2007 Go where to check? Anyway can I ask a question? From what i understand people bid to "buy" their coe. So those who bid lowly loses while the highest wins. So every month only one guy, the highest bidder, wins? How do they determine you get your coe or not?
