Vblaster_w211 2nd Gear May 20, 2007 Share May 20, 2007 Quiet, good wet = Conti PremiumContact 2. Just changed them for my E Class. Give Yap Bro a call. They can get them for you.
Peterkoh Neutral Newbie May 20, 2007 Author Share May 20, 2007 May I know how much you paid for your PP2 ? Thks.
Peterkoh Neutral Newbie May 20, 2007 Author Share May 20, 2007 Agree CPC is good. It's quiet, good on wet and very durable. Mine is around 43K. Unlike CSC which has a number of users complaining about poor wet perf. However, CPC comes max 16" and I intend to switch to 17" rim soon. CPC is highly recommended if you can find the size and don't mind paying more for durability.
Vblaster_w211 2nd Gear May 20, 2007 Share May 20, 2007 Didn't notice the profile of 225/45 R17. In that case, CPC2 is not avail. Should consider PP2 then.
Fourth 2nd Gear May 20, 2007 Share May 20, 2007 Sorry mine is PP1 not PP2. I traded my original 16" rims + wheels first thing when I collected my car. Costed 1700 after trade in.

Cklasse 1st Gear May 21, 2007 Share May 21, 2007 Had checked out the CSC2 in Stamford Tyre...... wow....did not expect the price to be that high, at least for the quoted price. The CSC2 looks good.
Sony 1st Gear May 21, 2007 Share May 21, 2007 Stamford's price is always higher than usual... try getting a quote elsewhere... But then, I think their price consist of tyre puncture repair, rotation and Nit top up. Maybe those that brought from Stamford can advise further.
