What you mention, Mike, are all wear and tear parts which any other vehicle will have the same kind of maintenance needed. Each kind of veh. will have its gremlins from the manufacturer until it is solved.

It cant be entirely your fault. As for me, always heavy right footed but car just perform and have not broken down or parts need replacing. Of course regular servicing of changing plugs, oil and oil filter.

Oh yes, they ARE my fault as I'm the only one driving my car and I'm pretty heavy footed. Add that with a few trips to the sandpapre track of PG and the result is obvious!

 

I must say the Selespeed problem probably wasn't my fault, though.

 

I trust you've got all your previous niggling problems settled now?

I have no problems with my car ( in fact is in tip top codition ) but now I may have to sell/scrap her. Dont ask why.
