lol..okok, its around the back seats. It comes on and off, i dont think the speakers are lose, i tap it, nothing of the sound i hear.

i check the mats, no loose change either.

Will sound fr undercarriage or car boot be loud enuff to be heard? i may just remove stuffs fr the boot totally if sound persists sia. [sweatdrop]

does it sound like metal on metal. something on metal, or something on something else (sorry a bit unclear but i think u'll get it)?

Things from the back of the car can get into the cabin. Try banging with the base of your palm (not too hard) on the bottom of the bootfloor as well as the panels covering the boot.

The last time i had a noise it was a nut for my tailight that had gotten loose and was hitting the section where it was supposed to be pressed against.

i done what you told me, tap/hit everything on the back seats. Its coming from there, its not the seat buckles too.

U know, it sounds like u have keys in your pockets when u are walking, just that its a few times smaller.

Now, i suspect its coming from below the back seats, is it possible? is there a way to lift up the cushion?

Apollo, any comments???

the last time i had sound, its when a nail stuck in between the tire lines, tat also took me awhile to locate,.

yes its possible and yes you can remove the back seats, but i can't give you instructions on how too has its different for every car.

What car are u driving??? Try googling "remove back seat *insert model here*"

otherwise, have someone sit in the back of the car and ask them to try and locate the sound. alternatively, ask someone to drive your car while you sit behind.

i shake my buckle it doesnt have this sound, and i have stuff paper in the insert area, the sound still comes out.

IT COMES OUT WHEN ITS TRAVELLING ON UNEVEN surfaces. Or when the car hits 90km/h, travelling faster thus more vibration.

i used to have this as well, turns out its my rear speakers.

how i know? I got a friend to drive at 90-100km/h and i crawl behind to search for the sound.

End up I found its my rear speakers causing it.

Its not a loose nut, but the speaker assembly itself is causing it.

Remove the spoilt speaker and sound is gone.
