Toyo Treo - good or not?

I recently changed into this set of new tyres, based upon recommendation from tyre shop boss.

but i realized nobody discuss about this model leh.

so my question - is this tyre good or not?

i must say it is quiet though....

 

also, 215/60/R16 @ $165 per pc, reasonable?
