The man grandfather fell in love with the daughter B and get married. Now he is not sure to call her as elder daughter B or grandmother B. Or he should call his grandfather grandfather or brother in law. How about his father and step mother A? Is she his step mother A or great grandmother A?

The worst is that now his elder sister B or grandmother B and his step mother A or great grand mother A each give birth to a kid. How should be address the 2 new family member.

Well it depend. If you get to marry to a rich girl then after divorce you can ask for half her money.

 

So if you continue this process, you might get very rich in return.
