Even the picnic is only 2.0 while Wish and Stream are 1.8.

 

So I feel 2.4 for this car is good for normal driving. You gotta look at the Merc R500 or XC90 T6 to get performance and space.

Why underpowered? So is 2.4 litre Honda Odyssey 2.4litre which is torquey and draws a lot of positive feedback.

Further, this is a V6 engine. I think it should be ok.

Unless of course, anything to you below 220bhp for 6/7 persons is underpowered. Then nothing to say. Anyway, it's all subjective.

I personally find it very ok for Singaporeans' use.

underpower meh?? there are actually a few mpvs out there with lower cc mah.. stream,wish,picnic,carens, etc..

i would find the mentioned mpvs underpowered too on a full passenger load.

 

underpowered in a sense that you'd be able to feel the difference, & response due to inertia btw 2passengers(driver+1) and 7passengers on a drive.

 

a 3l engine would be e minimum in my favour.

Hi, actually b4 i bought my current car , i book the estima aeras, After test driving it, find it very underpower with 6 persons inside the car, so cancel the estima and go for the harrier. Although the harrier is also underpower IMHO, but at least i dun have to carry 8 persons with the 2.4L engine.

Maybe i'm used to my supercharge engine so feel that its underpower.

But my frd who is driving a lancer, comment my car powerful after driving my car

So its up to the Individual.
