How abt those ppls who r poor? Bro, I used to have your concept when i went kk for first kiddo. I tot it was cheap. After comparison and recent years, the prices for private have gone more competitive. The only concern on $ is when there's complications in child birth, then it will be ex. if not, i still find overall pricing, private cheaper.
