Reminds me... where i stay, the ppl here loves to install home alarm. Not cisco one. But from some salesman who came knocking on doors... always alarm goes off and yeeor yeeor whole day as the ppl go out to work. Those are cheap but super loud one. Every week at least 1 alarm, sometimes ended fast, sometimes suay...

i thot of that too.

but i check with my good fren at Viacom to see if she can

or LTA can provide the details by just giving the car plate

number

and as i guessed it, cannot.

anyway check with my bro who happens to be relaxing at home

today, the owner came and the car gone... for now.

but, if the note of the windscreen is to be believed that this

is not the 1st time the car had done this to the neighborhood

shld there be a next time, i will not be surprised that a brick

or two or three will be found inside the car..

or perhaps Car in Flame will be the headline of ST

[gossip]

at times, the problem lies with the car, not the owner...

they go back agent, agent said fix liao.. then next thing you know, alarm goes off..

Put yourselves in the owner's shoe and see if you would want alarm in your car to go off all the time anot..

just stating another perspective.. coz if i'm the owner, i will be pai say as well but sometimes, things are out of their hand..

bro, i nearly wanted to do so!!!

basket! PUI !

[laugh]

i was thinking, KNN, cannot sleep liao so go back to my

office, where i am now

as i moved to my car, 2 patrol cars came!

think there must be many angry and sleep deprived residents

like myself who called the police and ensure they came and

settled the issue.

spoke to one of the Sgt in the patrol car, they need sometime

to screen and get the details of the owners.

and he told me, this month kenna a few cases of such liao.

errrr.... incidentally all Lancers.

[lipsrsealed]

sure, of cos, if we are the one causing other sleepless

nite we will be extremely pai seh... but hor, not all

will be like us i assure u

in this case, i can't say for sure.

if the reason of the alarm sound all the way into the nite

is bcos he/she forgot to switch off the cabin light after using

it then it's forgivable that affected people like myself will

be darn TL rite?

as one bro who drove a Lancer as well mentioned, alarm will go

off if the cabin light is on... After 5 mins!

by then the guy may be in his comfort of the soundproof air con

room snoring away, while the rest suffers

so is it the driver or the electronic design?

it's a bit of both ba
