Was told by my fren to join in this company SUNSHINE EMPIRE.

 

This company basically attracts people to invest money with them and in return you get "interest" back monthly. My fren put $12,000 and started getting his $1200+- interest . Sound like MLM . Very dubious on the company background.

 

The office is at Toa Payoh HDB Hub occupying whole 7 floor.

 

Comment, experience.....anyone?

i think if is mlm never ends up good... who noe the big boss might suddenly declare bankrupt n end the business with all ur money? mlm

Their main biz if nto wrong is not mlm product...but property and investment..mlm is for them build more network..

i have heard of it quite some time ago.. was never invited to any talks or whatever... MLM no la.. not in sillipore la.. plus what a stupid name.. later kena sue by the bread company loor..

i was there with my mum-in-law last week.

she is a hardcore and had throw quite a big sums into it.

the "leader" told her that their company is going to build a resort at Malacca and told her to buy a unit so that she can rent it out to tourists with good returns.quite complicated from the way the "leader" explained.

the company deals in alot of business from wireless network,property,beauty and many more.

and i was wondering can a company survive and expand so fast without any focus in business?

i think they are in singapore less than 1 year only.

SE is a subsidiary of E Holdings whose former name was some sort of a health product. The salestalk is that it is able to get around the MLM issue. The setup(office) is like a clubhouse. Upon entry, you will be overwhelmed with uncles and unties, ah hiank, ah jie and ah di. In fact you can hardly find a seat.

 

A check with ROC would tell you they have a working capital of $100,000.

So many aunties and uncles throw in the dollar to it. I really hope this ppl are genuine in investing and not some unscrupulous hit and go cheats. Why didnt you ask your MIL to hold the decision first.

 

Another fren of mine went personally to the talk and realised they misrepresentaion on many facts and figures.

 

His verdict.... TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.

she still have not got back her capital,i believed.

as she throw in money seperately not all in one time.

but every month she is happy with the money she received.

she always have those "special numbers" when using hp to call out will be free even to malaysia everytime she dump money in.

now she seems tempted with the resort stuffs.

but i smell rats.

the "leader" don't allow us to keep the brochure of the resort,only let us see.

you know when people are so engrossed in such thing,no matter how we advise also no use.

just like how some people can really get so engrossed in their own religious.

i believe this is how the company works by getting trust then bust it.

Sunshine Empire is a MLM company. It's just a marketing agent for those companies which are actually dealing with their own products.

 

So it's like a middleman which gets the commissions and splits among several levels.

 

Wireless network in Taiwan??? Well.... they were promoting it so aggressively previously. Now I heard they are promoting the IDD card. So go think yourself what happened to the prev project

 

Btw, the company changed to this name from its previous.

 

Anyway, can read more about it at sgforums though.....
