anyone having starhub signal problem ??

 

my area is marine parade.

 

start from 2 days ago im having NO bar or 1 or 2 bar on my signal when im at home but when i go out is OK [ but i dont know how many bar ].

I have problems in some evenings like yours and sometimes worse, problem of a different kind. The signal can suddenly change to Maxis, Malaysia operator And the best thing is, I stay in central! How that happens is a big mystery to me.

set to manual. set to auto only when u are out of sg.

Just use back an old thread, anyone change their SH phone number before? If choose the number I like, how much do I have to pay? Not golden number.

Anyone received SMS or call from Starhub that u need to go down to re-register yr mobile details?

 

They had suspend my dad hi.card line since 29Jul.

 

SH told me due to technical reason, all my records are gone

Ask me to go down and re.register with IC again.

 

This hi.card already more than 5yrs old.

 

Must complaint to ida for this sickening lapse.

Errm.....hi card is Singtel....Starhub prepaid is Happy prepaid isn't it?

I got this all the time..... telco carriers go to celcom or others . . . .

this is when I set to auto...... but at least chances are that I receives 1-2 bars on signals

if I set to manual, it will go to 'No service' straghtaway

I have called StarHub so many times until I gave up

their replies are always the same . . . will came back to you but never with any acceptable answers

sigh . . .
