Which condo is 1800 sq/ft, has a totally unblocked view, is right next to a park and river, situated in a very quiet estate, within walking distance of a kindergarten, primary school, secondary school and junior college, 10 mins away from town and costs $710k?

Very nice place and very few units for sale on the market.

 

Only problem there is the traffic jam created by the parents of the school children in St Andrew's Village.

Actually not true.

 

If you come in and out using Potong Pasir Ave 1, there is no jam at all as the parents fetching or picking their kids only use the back way which is a road called Chettiar something.. Can't remember the name of the road.

Am in Koh Samui now. S$710K make me wonder should take the $$$ and migrate to Koh Samui to enjoy this slow and happy life ?
