Friendstar Supercharged July 7, 2008 Share July 7, 2008 I agree with Ultramega + Galantspeed 1) if he sells less than 8.6k, he'll still give u 8.6 (this is unlikely cos he most probably wont even sell it) 2) any extra takings will be split 50-50 or 40-60 (in his favor)
Friendstar Supercharged July 7, 2008 Share July 7, 2008 there ought to be a variable clause which will motivate him to sell the car at a higher price so that both parties benefit.

Galantspeedz Turbocharged July 7, 2008 Share July 7, 2008 An overview of our scheme's description and charges are as below: Scheme Description Charges Scheme A For car Owner interested in selling off his/her car only. A fixed charge of $500 or 1% of the sale price, whichever is higher, will be imposed upon sale of the vehicle. Scheme B For car owner interested in selling off his/her car AND buying a brand new car. If owner wants to sell the used car under Trade Assist, a fix charge of $250 or 0.5% of the sale price, whichever is higher, is payable upon sale of the car. Scheme C For car owner who would like Trade Assist to handle the documentation and paperwork only. A fixed charge of $250 will be imposed in the case whereby a car owner manages to find a buyer for his car. Trade Assist will only help to prepare the sale agreeement, process the paperwork and application of loan if necessary. Note: Charges will apply ONLY IF we manage to sell your car. No sale = No charges. Note the condition i bold. If you have any problem, you should find SG carmart people to help you take back your money since i believe it is a product from them. And the dealers are only the middle man. http://www.sgcarmart.com/directory/ta_index.php Above is the link attached for your reference.

Ahsiong Neutral Newbie July 7, 2008 Share July 7, 2008 so you use the service "Quotz" by sgcarmart? need to pay them $500 before car is sold? i also called them yesterday, the salesman mentality seems to be like want me to lower my target price as much as possible. maybe like that then he can pocket the difference himself. just my deduction...
