Brought 3 colleagues along with me to test drive all three cars before making the

decision on which to buy. Colleague A drives a Honda Accord, B drives a Nissan Pressage

and C drives a BMW 3 series. I test drove all three van, Wuling first, follow by Hafei

then Dongfeng. Their verdict, HaFei MinZ 1.3, following is the reason why,

. Fit and finish is best

. Quietest ride

. Doors close most firm

. Chairs vibrate the least

. Comes with a LG Dvd player and screen

None of them likes any of the Vans, but if they have to choose, it is Hafei MinZ.

So, that is it, paper work to be done coming Friday.

Will post photos here when I take delivey.

people often say, why not choose suzuki APV etc?

they really donno that what is more important is sometimes just a basic point a to b transport tat can ferry 7-8 with aircon, shelter the family from rain and offer basic "metal" protection.

all at a perfectly affordable price.

my friend bought the exact same van abt 4-5 mths back..

by the 2nd mth, the driver side power window failed..3rd mth, the rear door is leaking water during heavy rain.. [sweatdrop]

but since it's still under warranty, the agent fixed it up for free.. [thumbsup]

hopefully yours will be problem free.. [:)]

Hey congrats on your new ride! Saw alot of MiniZ on the road, be it in van or MPV version, think the main reason is it is quite well built and cheap to maintain. Pls be careful when driving it as its CG is high, saw a MiniZ skidded on a wet road last week and it banged into Tanah Merah MRT station. [sweatdrop]

Can if your the other half is earning $8 - 9K per month and is paying for your all needs. It is achievable. [flowerface] Too bad my wife is not earning that kind of money and my FIL is not a millionaire. [laugh]

I believe that the agent will honour it like you stated, anyway, your friend brought a Wuling Journey, only Wuling has power windows. [;)]
