taste of food is beri delicating n sensitive,1of the feels is like if u paid $ for a "sakar"brand of new ride then "chairman"fr kimchi being delivered 2u.........certains grade of rice cud be used for samsu--rice wine,certain grade cud not....mother nature is great bro!

Hakka Yong Tou Foo

the one at Mosque Street, from a small stall, now owns the whole kopi tiam

but beri expensive, per bowl avg $10..

i've tried about 4-5 shops along chander road and race course road; iniaval is the type i was looking for. the others are too dry. does gayathri really cook the meat and the rendang together with the rice?

Well, not served in any restaurant..... served in my home, I hate it, but its wife's cooking, and I never touch it when she cook that dish.....

Alternatively, there's a stall at the ground level of Queenstown Food Centre located along Margaret drive that sells nasi briyani at hawker prices. Chinese chef who whips up a storm from his wok, its the second stall from one corner.
