Car stalled, apparently fuel transmission problem at the early part of the second round of qualifying.

The cars were all bobbing up and down on the tracks with some of the titanium bottoms scraping the ground and throwing up sparks. When Hamilton said it was bumpy, you better believe it. I was driving along there shortly before the race and was wondering what they were going to do to smoothen the tracks, now I know the answer is "Nothing".

that's what makes our circuit diff..you have to find the best balance between lowering the cars to increase downforce, but not so much that you'll be scraping the road..

I dunno... but i guess those are safety areas for cars which encounter problem during the race, something like our highway road shoulder like that...

Yep, he will. He will start in 15th, ie. last place in the group of 15 that took part in the second round of qualifying.
