Wrong offence issued

I remembered quite a few yrs ago newspaper got report.

One fellow don't want to put coupon. Instead he toke someone else's summon and put on his car. In the end kanna caught and fined

all hv to be correct, but if car reg no. is wrong, dun bother coz they can only track down that reg no.

 

I always pay my fine by keying my veh no. so not a prob for me...
