Thanks bro.

Was told that the sp 2 comes with thicker steering wheel, aka the GTA style and it's lowered. Not shure how it will look like. Guess have to wait till my car is here ... yap, I got the sp2 package. The most worried part is that I do not know how the rim will look like. If it is like the Bera S ones, then ok, else [bigcry]

As for the CDA, I have got myself one. Intend to place it where the stock filiter is (lower right fender), so technically, there should not be any change in the intake length. [rolleyes]

Did u pay extra for the sp2?

Yap. But I am not sure if you can get it from EA after you have got the car. Mine was I order a stock but EA offer me the sp2 with a slight increase in price since they are going to order the sp2 anyway for most of the new shipment coming in April.

Cheers

Paid a visit to the local Alfa Specialist found out a few list of things :)

1) Novitec exhaust

2) Adjustable Strut bar

3) Novitec or Eibach Springs

4) KW Coilovers

5) KW Adjustable Spring height (2-3 months time)

6) Sprint booster

7) SS hoses

8) BMC airfilter (hehehehe)

9) 15mm Spacers

10) Horse Shoe rims on the way 18x8

Modified Driver, (work in progress)

My next upgrade will either be a Novitec Exhaust, or a Chip-Up .. likely the exhaust first as I am fine with the performance [;)] .

Actually Chrispie already has the Novitec Exhaust and it is [thumbsup] .. not cheap at $2000 with installation. Topgun and I already went for joyrides, sounds good from inside and outside :D .The current exhaust holes on the rear diffuser are a little too small for the Novitecs, and he has some melting on the plastic .. but not a big deal. Come-lah for the next meetup - can rev and test drive (with Chrispie's permission of course) .. keke

The novitec oval tail pipes, if adjusted properly, shouldn't melt the rear diffuser. But the quad pipes will touch no matter how you adjust.

[blush]

the oval and round pipes have enough clearance on the stock diffusers. Mine melted on the left side as the installer didnt centralized that pipe.. and i missed it too. Pipe got too hot during the breakfast run and melted a little bit of the diffuser opening. I had the exhausts for a couple of weeks before the run and despite it being near, it didnt melt. So it was the breakfast run taht really heated up the pipe.. (avg 4-5k rpm most of the time).

oval, round and quads has different pricing.. IIRC, oval most exp, followed by round then quads.. my advice is to get oval. It flushes with the curves.. very nice.

But if you get the quads, CONFIRM kena the diffuser.. lilian's melted quite badly.

Is the exhaust a straight thru? Is it a 1 to 1 replacment?

you are just changing the 2 mufflers... dont think str8 thrus are legal. If i rem correctly, there is a center box from novitecs.. but not avai in Sg..

Im very tempted to get new rims.. but i always brush my rims against kerbs.. tend to park too close to kerbs doing // parking..

Anybody else here tried fitting just the novitec springs on their 159? I know the COunt did, and he said the car looked a bit unbalanced after.

I would like another opinion and also if possible a look-see and a test ride. Very itchy need to scratch [laugh]

Wa lau .... only mufflers [furious] and it cost $2k plus. When I got my novitec exhaust for my 156, it comes with muffler, center pipe, diffusers .... The complete stuff less the $3K.
