Posting out of frust from my iphone. Left home at 3.50am for a holiday up north. Reached 2nd link sg customs at 4.10am with about 10 cars ahead.looks good. Its now 5am and 5 cars ahead now. Reason... Only 2 counters open,probably manned by people who read very slowly. Needless to say massive jam is building up.good luck travellers

You mean you wait for 50 mins and only 5 cars clear??

 

If they are trying to create jam, they had succeed in doing so from the EMAS camera.. Going by their speed, i guess you had already clear the custom at 5.50am..

sorry to hear about your situation. thks for the heads up. but this only proves one thing---the video images from LTA website prove nothing! they show the number of cars but not the efficiency they are being cleared.

 

last week, same thing. i was coming back from KL and we thot..'home sweet home' only 8 cars in front of us.

 

took us 40 mins to clear!!!

prev sunday i came back they were much more efficient, jam about 30 min with many cars. But seems like today it's super slow.

went in yest at about 11am, quite alot of cars, managed to clear the custom in about 1.5 hrs. came back at about 8pm only took about 30mins to clear

2nd link is so far so good for me, quite fast and not much cars, because its so expensive.
