Does anyone know or experience how to claim towards Malaysian car insurance if kena hit in Msia. care to share?

make sure the other party reports to his/her insurance coy..you report to yours when you come back SG..

 

claiming will take years..

You can forget about claiming. Once I was involved in a grazed accident with a Satria turbo GT on Kota Tingi road. It was a hot day and i was boosting at 0.4 bar I can hear my ADM spooling before engaging fully at Wide open trottle. But the satria was close behind me at a bend. Unfornunately When I was doing a Heel-to-toe manuvaring He grazed pass my left side!!! but sped away when I stopped to check. Till now nothing !

some insurance policy has towing in M'sia. Think STAR also has a 1st towing free or something like that if you sign up with them.

Frankly, try to do private settlement if that fellow got heart.. otherwise, suck your own thumb. it will take years for insurance settlement, if there's one in the 1st place.

thanks for feed back. Lucky my car minor injured, but also cost ard 3k ++ according to the authorise dealer. but my NCD will affected....shito! just wonder what is the point paying extra premium! &*&$^*@!)@

it willbe quite difficuit to claim. the sg insurance will reply to you that there is no trace of report in MY. if they (my car) don't report.

 

Best is on the spot,,, demand cash settlement..

 

if he only got 50 rm . take also. very high chance u will get anything when u back in sg.
