i;m not too sure whether they open 24 hrs. dun think there will be charges for topping up as its their own counter, not petrol station topping up.

 

last wk when i asked the toll counter cashier, she told me about that counter, din notice it at first.

Last I checked, the counter on NSHW opens from 0730 till quite late at night.
