Parking at T-Junction Trafffic Light

Seen these type of incident couple of times but this car is worst.

Parking right in the front of a very busy T-junction with only signal lights on (actually dropping his children in the morning school).

No driver in sight for at least 5 minutes. There is a carpark just left turn ahead. Just don't understand why some people have to be so inconsiderate.

u seem to have taken the picture in your car

how do u know that driver not in sight for at least 5 minutes? that means u also stop your car there for at least 5 minutes?

My wife took the photo.

Usually I will drop my child by the schol gate's road and most of the drivers will drive off within 10-15 sec. Today the road is too busy so some of

us went into the carpark by the school backgate. By the time we came out the Car is still around and definately more than 5 mins.
