Bus beating red light

Yesterday, at the junction of Bukit Timah Road and Serangoon road (the junction at Tekka Market), I saw one bus beating the red light...and it was very dangerous as there were still cars clearing on the adjacent road...just wondering whether is there a red light camera there?

Do you mean the bus move off from complete stop before rest of the traffic at the junction or that the bus sped away even the red lights at a junction have came on.

I was on Bus Service 24 leaving AMK bound for Changi Airport direction. Saw the amber light come on, and the bus was about another 30m from the light. Driver still decided to blast past it even though it turned red.

 

Happened just before the Christ The King church.

eh sometimes if the bus is travelling too fast, to slam on the brakes just to stop at the light is pretty dangerous for the passengers inside, especially if there are standing passengers.

 

Then again, buses shouldnt been travelling so fast when approaching traffic lights loh

Some ppl like TS are elite mah, never take bus before in his entire life. How will he understand all these things. He eat full nothing to do wanna act self-righteous so that he can feel heroic.

 

What goes around comes around. Wait till one day he beat red light, someone go report him and teach him good lesson.
