Bold would be a good option but with the current COE everything rocket up. maybe if you can wait a few months time, the old Exora price might go down. Anyway dun rush, bro.

There r 2 options for me now....sell my current ride at paper value price and get the Exora which is on the high side and my monthly payment will be higher than i'm paying currently or wait till Feb 2014 and claim my Parf of 9k and use it as my deposit for Exora Bold and hope by than the COE will drop around 35k...juz hoping :D[bounce2][gossip]

yeah..hopefully COe drop to 35k...but you must promise all of the Exora Bros here that you will get Exora [cool]

No worries bro.....i will keep u guys update.....powerwise of the ride...i don really care...as long my Exora can bring my family and I from pt A to pt B i'm happy.....

Mine is still 15. Thought of changing to 16 but rather not cause fc suffer. Just got back driving from Woodlands to Pasir Ris then back again. FC showed 11/100km

 

Yup, I think so if it is 16 FC will suffer. Hopefully, if there any Exora Bro who are using size 16 tyre could share their ride with us. Appreciate it.

That time 30k servicing ( by ex owner ) done at Proton Singapore At Leng Kee :-

Oil filter

Gasket plug oil drain

Synthetic Engine Oil

Windshield washer

Engine flush oil

Engine protector oil

Fuel treatment

 

Cost of $195.05 (exc gst)

 

 

heres the 40k done by TTS Motor group pte ltd at Sin Ming:- (also done bt previous owner before i took over)

 

Oil filter ($13.00)

Gasket plug oil drain ($6.00)

Spark Plug ($13 x 4 pc = $52.00)

OWS 5W40 Engine Oil ($68.00)

Element Air CLeaner ($30.00)

Fuel Filter Assy ($35.00)

Coolant ($22.00)

Brake Fluid ($25.00)

ATF Dextron III ($24 x 4 = $96.00)

Performed 40k SVC ($125.00)

Servicing here (especially for Proton cars) in Singapore is [knife] only....

 

Better to have contacts in Malaysia and go over to service the car =D

 

Anyways, having sat in the Exora Bold, I've gotta say, I think I must have grown too fat compared to 2yrs ago when my family went to testdrive the CPS.... Haha.

 

3rd row became surprisingly cramp (my knee was touching the 2nd row seat back, even though 2nd row seat back weren't reclined fully). I remembered it was quite spacious (with good knee-room).... Hmm. Dunno why.... Haha.

 

But it does look a lot nicer though - New face, darker interior dashboard =D. The factory leather in the CFE model also swee swee =D

 

Proton still have to improve on the plastics they used though. That said, the interior is well screwed together.

 

Still the market leader for 1.6L and below full sized MPV =D

 

CFE going for $115,999 after $12k discount off the list price....

The auto gearbox ATF fluid used by the local agent is the wrong type. According to factory specs. The correct fluid is SPIII and not Dextron III.

Those who have their filled with the wrong fluid will not experience smooth gear chance with jerk. Premature wear will occur on the friction plates.

I'm currently using a borrowed 16x7 sport rims with Falken 205/55-16 comfort wise still d same as stock so does the FC.In fact my FC for city drive improved slightly maybe cause of the rims weight.I think FC and comfort will suffer if u goes for 17&18 inch.Upgrade 1 inch makes no diff.Even my Saga BLM 1.3 standard 14x6 185/60-14 changed to 15x6.5 195/50-15 makes no diff.Alternatively find those good condition used 16x7 5 holes lightweight rims for a test before u decide to go for branded rims.Btw anyone here fit centre armrest?Mine is for Exora but very puny leh,screw at the cup holder somemore

I fitted the armrest which you are mentioning mustang. I have posted pics too. Yup its kinda small but especially made for exora. I only used one screw to for it coz by using more I scared to damage the centre console. Its shaky though

yes yes.. along Jln Kebun Teh. there is only one shop selling DVD players.. actually they are specialist in

tinted films. alot of Msian go to his shop to do the whole car film.

 

if you go there, tell them give good price. say your fren recommend you also drive exora.
