Hi,

 

Anyone using such system at home? Care to share the benefits, be it health improvement, or other issues?

 

I am researching on this, no idea what's all about after listened to the radio.

Hi,

It's call Antioxident water ionizer. The technology actually come from Japan and I'm currently using this system from Marvello.

It works by splitting the normal tap water into Alkaline base for drinking and Acidic base for washing.

Few years back I got constant joint pains and gout attack problem due to high blood uricacid. I tried to control my diet by cutting down intakes of high purines food and the result was no good. My problem of joint pains and frequent gout attack was not solved until by chance I come across this product. After consuming the alkaline water for about 2 weeks my joint pain suddenly disappeared and ever since then I got no more gout attack and my uricacid level back to normal. So far this machine really works for me and there are many health benefits I get from this mechine after drinking the alkaline water produce from the machine :)

LOL Don't we all know that. Thats just a write-up though. I don't know anything about this myself, and I won't subscribe to it without emperical data.

it cost slightly more then a high end mobile phone without contract.

I feel that the money I invested on this machine is well spend coz for the past 3yrs I did not encounter a single attack from gout.

For those who have experienced gout attack you should know how painful it is when it strike.

I had gout too. Took the standard medication. Change my diet, change lifestyle, exercise more.

I hadn't get a gout attack for a long time.

I've never heard of alkaline water back then, so never missed it.

 

But I'm sure alkaline water would be good for the radiator coolant.

Before we conclude that it's snake oil because of some website articles, I suggest you be open to this alkaline water. I have gout and frequent bloating and often feel lethagy. After taking the akaline water just 1 week, I feel so energise and my bloating has now reduced. I don't know about the effect on my gout yet as my attack deosn't come often. But I definitely feel the arching sensation on my various joints have reduced. Just gaining back my energy is already worth every cent. Drop by Kemp Trading at International Plaza, they will demo to you some of the benefits. To me the machine is one of my best investment in health so far. Hope you find back your health too. Good topic! cos I'm looking at this alkaline water too for my parents and myself.

Alkaline based diet will reduce chances of getting cancer cos cancer does not live under alkaline condition (read from many articles)

 

Would really like the know what's the damage for this system.

I know that there are alkaline water for sale too but dunno how pure is this water.... might be just tap water... can't be using litmus paper to test the each n every bottle of water that u buy, right?

The system that I bought 3yrs ago cost me S$1288 (c/w 1 extra filter) with 12 months interest free instalment if use UOB or DBS credit cards.

According to an article I read the pH level of the water is not that critical coz if you want alkaline you can add certain eatable chemical to the normal tap water to make it alkaline. What most important is the ORP (Oxidation Reduction Potential) that produced by the machine. Normal tap water carries a +ve ORP and water passes through this machine will come out with a -ve ORP which is needed by our body cells to remove toxic. It is not encourage to keep the alkaline water for too long coz the -ve ORP will gradually lost it's potential go back to +ve and that's I was told.

Anyone know about radiredwater alkaline filter, jupiter and Kangen water filter. Thinking of buying one but very confused which is the most suitable and cost effective model

They are basically different brands...

 

Importantly you would need to look at customer support. I do know that Jupiter here in Sg has service support, while radi not so sure... Kangen not in sg yet... think they run under MLM marketing. I guess in the end you should be looking at a affordable system with good support and warranty...

Y spend thousand of dollars when u can get it for free?

 

Acidic base water = rain water (acid rain)

 

Alkaline base water, a bit tough to get but if u are free to clean my ashtray and collect all the ciggy ashes, mixed with tap water and it should turn the water alkaline based water

i tot its better to use distilled water for radiator? wont the alkaline water corrode the metal parts?
