Headlights Dimming

When my Aircon compressor kicks in, the the back light, headlight and even the lights in my meter dims. What seems to be the problem?

Your alternator is also weak.

could it be overfilled of aircon gas or something?

sorry for posting here, but i cannot start new topic...

 

my front light also dim after start engine. I just changed to new battery but still encounter this occasionally... anybody any idea?
