Means that if you got a form ..... you could scan it in as .jpg or .pdf then you may use the program to fill up the blanks according on the computer. I think I got an original photoshop elements 2 hanging around somewhere. just scan the form, open the file with the program click the text tool and draw a box over the area and type text in. after that just print. i searched around and i found- List of FREE downloadable image editing software i recommend the second one- GIMP Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

But lost the file already. Just use MS Powerpoint or Word. Customise the paper size in page setup. Use ruler measure and get the X,Y coordinates of the boxes on the card, then draw accordingly on the .ppt or .doc file (using the on-screen ruler function of cos). Done.
