really cant recalled. its the shop on the top floor, the shop selling all sorts of computer accessories, the shop is located at prime location, along the railing, not those hiding behind... they selling any computer/ PC. A FT lady (not PRC, more like Thai/ Filipino) working there.

didnt check and dun bother to check. Actually, so long if u keep a of 1 to 2 cm inbetween the laptop and the table u place it. The vendilation improved liao, so is the temp, Not to mentioned with additional tiny 2 fans. Thats y some people use some 1/2 ball object to stick on the laotop to improve the vendilation. U can DIY by cutting the golf ball into half and stick the 2 pcs of the 1/2 golf balls at the bottom of you pc. thats the cheapest mod to cool your laptop.

 

Found the place and saw a few other not bad design.

 

Price wise is reasonable.

 

Saw quite a few not bad PRC sales gal there too .....

Just go SLS #6 and take a look ... got quite alot .... if you wanna see the LED lights ... just ask them to plug in and show you.

Dunno why when you mention 1/2 ball I think of boobs.

 

BTW I'm using those as well. Good enuf to dissipate the heat.

one word of advice...

check where is the hot spot of your lap top underneath...

no point having a lot of fans but the fans dont blow at the hot spots...

i just bot it 2 days ago at sim lim square at the top floor, those folderble type laptop coller. A bit beng with LED light. equip with 2 unit of 60mm fans. Best things is, it is folderble and portable enof to put into the smallest laptop bag (2 x normal choc bar HP size after folding). got it at $9. same unit w/o LEd version selling at $8 .

 

do you know the unit name or number? Since it's less then $10, I intend to get one

I am also using the 1/2 ball types for my office lappy... Actually i am using it more for the angled elevation but it does work pretty well to raise the laptop for ventilation below.
