Today morning @ 0110hrs while travelling on ECP towards Changi Airport from Jurong with my mom,wife,3 kids and my maid onboard with a constant speed of 90-95kmh on centre lane i notice that some motorist slow down approaching benjamin sheares bridge.Unfortunately there was a speed camera after the downhill and i can only managed to tap the brake to a speed of 75-80kmh on the 70kmh limit highways which to me is ridiculous.Now are there chance of i being summon?Quite worry lah bro thinking of it but again shouldnt the LTA make it at least 80kmh on highways?

You ever overshot on speed camera bro?Mine was eons ago while i was riding my 400cc bike travelling at speed of nearly 80kmh on a 60kmh limit roads.Luckily nothing happened

Hi bro, i'm not sure u are referring to the one that i ride past..ECP travelling towards Changi Airport, camera after a downslope..

 

if u ride back and take a look at it again..actually the camera is only pointing at one direction..which is the opposite direction, not the direction towards changi airport..

 

anyone can confirm this??

 

i used to ride past when i was in my previous job, travelling towards Changi Airport, there used to be the camera warning signs but now they were taken out when i went by yesterday morning..and still the camera is only facing one direction..the direction towards city, vivo..

Actually 70km/hr to "cheong" up the slope is wasting the momentum of the car. So much energy and fuel is wasted.

 

Should upgrade it to 80km/h.

Why so kiasi? If really kana, it's too late to cry over it. Paying summon is part & parcel of driving!

 

Anyway oredi mentioned b4, eastbound got no camera! Please be observant of your driving surrounding conditions, all those signatures on the road are not for show, u know? I wonder how u pass your HW codes, huh?
