New camera?

Sorry for not having any pic,but did anyone spot 3 men wearing civilian standing on the overhead bridge just behind ITE Dover @ AYE yesterday around 7+pm?Saw that they mounted a camera which definitely ain't used before by TP/LTA.The camera looks like one of those surveillance kind and pointed towards the traffic towards ECP.

my guess is that it couldn't be a surveillance coz it's kinda wide which can cover 3 lanes at a time.is it a new kind of speed cam or an OPC scanner cam?

i tink it's most likely those monitoring the traffic flow. once a while lta will send out these guys to do that. be afraid when u see them....cos a gantry might jus appear in a few wks time!
