Noise from steering wheel

when my ride is travelling at slow speed (about 20km/h), rounding steering wheel (left or right) noise of "gu... gu..." produced. even when i step on brakes, identical noise produced.

when at higher speed, no noise.

noise is loud and obvious.

 

my ride 4 yr old.

 

anyone has experienced this before?

hello TS,

 

i guess it must be the drive shaft worn. please send to workshop for retification. while you are there, ask them to check the hub bearings on as well.

Recently I encountered some sound from my steering wheel as well. Its sounded more like plastic vibration. Went back to AD for check and they said the airbag was rubbing agianst something inside and fix it. So far so good.

I recently had some noise radiating from don't know where (though it appears to be coming from inside the cabin). Intermittent. Usually it comes when at high speed, occasionally at low speeds too. 2 weeks already and I'm still dumbfounded. But 80% of my driving time, the noise does not appear.
