i don understand why the leepee cant go geylang or little india to catch those foriegners....

 

They wont catch foreigners coz they wont know where to send the summon letter to as there is no fixed address for them. And many of them might not know how to use AXS machine to make payment.

 

As such, their back end will have a hard time doing follow up on those late payment and arrange them to go court .

 

So..turn the arrows to locals much easier. Key in NRIC no. all the things pop up at an instant.

the road in front of lot 1 is accident waiting to happen... cos the road is very narrow looks very easy to cross, so the pedestrian from MRT always want to chiong cross the road whether green man/red man like his father own the road. Then there is the lot 1 taxi stand, AND a bus stop, AND the entrance/exit to lot 1 carpark, AND the entrance/exit to the hdb branch office carpark, AND the entrance/exit to HDB MSCP, AND taxi stand for MRT station, AND drivers drop off/pickup family from MRT AND a thousand bicycles parking to take MRT.... all within 150 metres....

I think the TP have many things to summon: jaywalkers, reckless driving, illegal parking, illegal waiting at no waiting, taxi pickup from outside taxi stand, driver park in bus bay, driver fail to confirm to red light, etc... many many way to earn his CNY bonus from 1 spot.

I am not vested with the TPs, but i do feel it is a little unfair to smear these ppl who are just doing their job in upkeeping the law.

 

In army times, i remember, if want to break the rules, don't get caught. once get caught, just shut up and pay the price. If caught already still make so much noise, sure kena jialat jialat.
