yea, cooling measures for car, lol

but even though price can plunge, likewise, they buy in your car also will go down

however, i reckon for those deperado buyers will turn to their in house financing, which is license $$ lender or some might head to low quantum cars like 7-8 yo cars

take in low, i sell myself. at least i can hope to buy low also, better than buy high then lose big time due to coe fluctuations.

i have a feeling the coe will stablize at a "saner" figure, since now emphasis is on / revenue can be derived from ARF.

only expect higher interest rates due to lower loan quantum, provided car price is "sane".

fingers crossed [:)]

should be pretty good chance it will drop cos this new measure will cause the dealers' cars stuck big time i reckon.

they will try means to bring the quantum down, tio bo

Even some ad sales agents I patronized SMS me Coe likely to drop. So again, proves Coe somewhat manipulated since its so predictable.

Just hope new measures cause govt to be less dependent on Coe prices since have more arf.

Wah...can change new alarm system..

Even can change I still prefer the etacs. After market alarm system depend on installer skills n knowledge. Do a search u will realize some unpleasant stories of alarm intermittent, ESP the keyless arm type.

i definitely believe that coe price can be controlled.

if now the car dealers collaborated and agreed to bid it low, very soon we will see a drop.

probably not to the extend of less than $10k so soon.

Don't think will ever have 10k Coe.

60k coe i think it's sooner or later one.

now seems like the lower quantum cars are selling faster due to loan restrictions

answer i think is yes AND no.

since faster means coe won't decline significantly.

only hopefully with additional arf, can balance the coe somehow.

not to mention in mcf lotsa member waiting to pounce at chance to get new ride :)

we're so used to such prices so even drop 20-30k still will have ppl rushin to buy, provided they have hard cash for dp.

all tks to the ones who shaped the nation who has conditioned us to be lidat.
