By Law YES,but,if really move from one lot to another, who cares.?I owned a OPC,parked on the Roadside everyday,a few times, the SP/Singtel Contractors ask me to move the Car along the same Road, also no buy E-Ticket..nothing happened.

Nothing happened means those LTA guys or TP did not catch you moving your car without buying E-day licence lo. Like we always say, you can do anything you want but dont get caught. Lol. Anyway, in some cases think it is still arguable and depends how you phase your question and answer. Think from LTA point of view, by right you need to buy E-day licence once you on your engine and move your wheels, even within carpark from one lot to another lot. But to car owners, they might argue that if i only move my car within the carpark, and the car did not drive out on the road, it should not consider driving lo. So think there is a grey area here.

There is no grey area.

If you move car to even next lot within car park without E day license then you are liable.

That's because HDB car park is consider a public road.

If driven in private property like condo, can drive within the vicinity until you song.

Stand corrected.
