Hi earthing

 

I just purchase a Hankook tyres 17rims/215/50. The shop dealer told me 50 is more expensive than 45 is that true ?

Usually, more rubber = More expensive, provided that the 2 tyres have the same width and radius.

 

215/50/17 sure is more expensive than 215/45/17.

in anywhere we go when we ask for a service or product recommendation especially, they will recommend something they have order in big bulk (with a good price) and hence a better profit margins when they sell these product or model.

 

like tyres, floor tiles, laminate design, etc
