i understands ur sorrow but don't blame it on the PI. Is your warranty by Khangs Auto? i bought my allion and the warranty's by Khangs. Similar encounters with Khangs too. But i don't blame my PI. if you wish to consult a more professional mechanic and don't mind paying yourself, u can try HANIP automobiles. google search him and u can easily get his contacts. his knowledge for toyota cars is superb in my own opinion. im just a consumer and i too want the best out of the services provided. and i think i trust hanip for dealing with my allion.

Khangs is very knowledgable on transmission. they are good mechanics, but lack service. and the worst thing i cannot stand about them is they tends to push responsibility. tts why i've not returned to them when i have problems with my car. now i only approach hanip, and so far so good, excellent services and knowledge.

allion is a nice car, but it's from PI. i feel that it's a waste if u won't consider such car in future just becos it's from PI. in my opinion, when buying a car, one shud consider the car, not the agent or seller. a good car doesn't make a different between agent or pi. but of cos, if both the PI and agent sells the same car from the same make and country, i would go for the agent=p

mine got fixed at no cost....my mechanic took out the steering and re-oiled the whole thing...and no noise since.

initially, he said that my steering coupling is on its way out....he told me to save the $$ since my car is left with 4yrs...it will hold....now it is fixed
