The 4th room is juz a small one... either become maid room or small study room

 

Oh that one is a exec... The one I saw has 2 levels and the bedrooms are damn big... 3 rooms in total...

There are 2 types.. one is 5room masionette and the other is executive mashionette... the latter much more expensive

 

I'm aiming for the 5 room mansionette... Still under 5 room flats mah...

The flat I placed my deposit is almost 150 sqm as the owner bought the corridor... But the bought up space cannot be counted in the official area...
