Finally got my car yesterday... Zhun zhun on the 28th... Haven't take picture yet though...

 

Now my foot is damn light on the pedal... Just pumped 54L of Shell 95 and it costs almost 100 bucks... Think I go JB soon for my petrol...

Previously i was getting near 500km before reserve..

but after changing to 17inch..ccb..420km like dat lite up..

 

but im doing around 70% start stop kinda traffic..if expressway should be better.

 

Since i got the car, I have not sent for servicing...coz dealer did an oil change etc 4 me..

 

ur FL mz5 shld get better FC than mine..

Im gettin like around 100km per quarter in fuel gauge..

 

My frd wish can hit 250km on 1st quarter..but drop faster after dat..

dat 1 go jb more worth it..

 

overall i find mz5 a better ride than wish.

So drive steadily to the Shell Station beside Long House to pump... End up only pumped 54L and uncle say full liao... I was like "huh"? So the "reserve" is 5 - 6L?

I think this has to do with the shape of the fuel tank... My Bora used to do 150km before dropping the 3/4... Then after it will drop damn fast... The Civic ESi after the Bora does a steady drop... My Fit does about 100km before starting to drop...

don't worry....

 

actually it's a safety measure that the reserve is of a larger capacity than what it's on paper....

 

so on paper, it may be 3-5L of reserve fuel,

 

but it's actually 5-8L???

 

just so that you can travel (for you're given more than enough fuel, especially helpful in Europe's highways, where service stations are few and far between)

 

to the nearest petrol kiosk to pump your car.....
