His OMV is okie just the COE price and mileage at 56k... yes yes.... don't bother getting that used Stream, especially a CAT B car when COE levels for new cars is above $40k.... and that bugger is trying to cash in on the sale of his&her used Stream.... it's clear daylight robbery.... actually you can take his car.... but at paper value + $5k max lor.... which will account to $23,500??? lol....
