There are 2 camp of die hard fans, one swear by Redline while the other Amsoil. Both are top of the range engine oil so i will suggest you try both and compare yourself.

Try both yourself and compare. Some say Redline better while others say Amsoil. I belong to the Amsoil camp.

usually pickup amsoil/schaeffers from m x, redline a bit over kill for me since i do 5000km intervals

 

shorter intervals with fresher oil always the best option

Redline 0w30 for me, now using. My butt feel it is smoother than Amsoil SSO 0W30 (previous oil used)
