Quickly go to ICA office and take a Q number, tell them it is URGENT and I am sure you can collect the passport tomorrow afternoon. I have done it before for my parents.

hi all , anyone can know if the kid passsport is expiry on 11 jan 2011 ,can she still used the passport cos forgot to renew for her n we r going to desaru this comming wednesday , anyone can advise thk

 

Sgp won't give u problem. The foreign country may. If u want to risk ur vacation, it's ur choice.

Thk for all the reply yesterday rush to ice they said knave to bring my kid along , got no choice rush to work n after work rush to fetch my kid at 3pm , when down to look for the Malay officer which morning I meet her , she is very nice n helpful [thumbsup] , she process the passport for me n she told me it can me collected today by 4pm

if apply passport renewal online, takes around 3 working days.

Ya now waiting at Ica collecting my kid passport have to wait more than 200 people cos the q number is very long

Can i ask... If i apply for my new biometric passport online, how long does it take for my passport to be ready for collection?

it happended to me a few years back,

 

my passport expires in 3 mths time, the sg custom allowed me to pass but the indonesia side stopped me and had to "pay fine" on the spot.(if u know wad i mean)

 

so i'll always make sure that i have at least 6 mths on my passport b4 i travel now.
