Should be a new engine and a new 6-Speed gearbox... (IN KOREA) but i am not sure of the specs that Komoco will bring in for Singapore.

 

I saw the car in Korea and IMO it looks better than the FD Honda Civic.

 

But with the current COE price, it will be very tough for Korean. Likely to be above 100k when they are launched on curent COE prices.

The new avante shld be a 6 speed gearbox, cause even the recent facelift forte also comes with 6 speed gearbox.

1.8L and above will be CAT B COE.... will be very tough for komoco to compete against the other players in the market.

Correct, if based on the high COE now, really diffcult for komoco to compete against other make if they launch 1.8L for the new avante.
