By the way, spare parts for my car is expensive in singapore due to the money face agent.

So I will also be getting original parts from China and shipped it together with the SP.

Instead of paying air filter sgd $20, I get 15 rmb. Brake pads instead of sgd 120-200 for either front or back, I get both set for about 150rmb.

 

All I am saying is parts or material is manufactured in China but agent.distributor here need to mark up to cover cost and make a profit.

Same for engine oil, if get from usa, instead of sgd 70 for well know brand, can get for less then 20 there.

Unless the SP product I get is fake, else will not have those problem some mentioned.

ca rlube engine when first on sale, its so cheap compared to other well know brand lots of people eyes are rolling.

Some even said will cause your engine to go kaboom or break down faster.

Well, now, I know it cheap doesn't mean no good.

As I said, unless I get fake goods, else should be ok as "officially", its specs are design to withstand heat and also using the buytl material.

Anyway, I do not earn that much, understandable.

True lah....cheap doesn't mean no good...just that some minor flaws here n there...that's life. Like mine...Myvi...also same mah....all sorts of comments and etc...but still alright leh.

I am asking some of my friends there to help me find out more.

I do not want my DIY to melt like some of those bros here said.

Anyway, the logic people have that cheap = no good i have no comments.

I used to drive nissan and toyota. Sold away as my old working place is super convenient for me via MRT.

 

Bought this car only in Nov 2010 to try out china product, Sat drove car home, Sunday car number strike 1st prize.

When I compare to this cheap qq3, I feel this cheap car meet my requirement and is low fuel consumption.

I only use it to drive my wife to and back from work. Per mth spend less than $100 on 95# SPC fuel.

 

At first feel car is sluggish, but after change engine,gear,brake, power steering oil and coolant, it is much better and the only thing for me now is the noise.

The rest I like. Whatever I can DIY, I will do it myself as I enjoy and like to DIY.

Even my house toilet and sink I DIY myself...lol
